Praise the Lord that Daniel and I have raised $3600 so far and only need $2400 to go! That is a huge blessing. It is always amazing to see how God molds situations together, and even though we do not have all our support we know that God will bring the rest. We have our plane tickets set and we are ready to go. Thank you, of course, for all the prayers for the semester and for the Alaska trip!
The semester went well and now it is officially done! Daniel still has to finish up the rest of his commercial flying and soon will be done with that. I (Kathryn) just finished up my student teaching today and what a glorious feeling it is. It was definitely a rough and trying semester for the both of us, and stress was at an all time high. There were times when we just felt like we couldn't go anymore, but still we pushed on. Since the spring semester is done, we are gearing up for the Summer sessions in which we have a FULL load. Energy is at an all time low in our bodies.. so we ask that you pray that God gives us strength. It is short, but long enough to wear a person out! After this is done, two weeks later, we set flight for ALASKA, in which, we will be in the place we were last year. Crazy to think that we will be there again, but the Lord is already stirring in our hearts for the kids, and the place!
